This course is designed for IT personnel, in an educational environment, who need to add support for Mac users to their skillset.
Introduction
Delegates are taken through the installation and upgrade options for Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard plus creation of an account and configuration of each of the system preferences.

Delegates will understand why and how to improve on the Mac’s straight-out-of-the-box configuration.
