This course is designed for IT personnel, in an educational environment, who need to add support for Mac users to their skillset.
Course Objectives
Delegates will be guided through networking basics, on to configuring the Network Preference panes and an introduction to the three in-built troubleshooting tools.

- Networking Basics including:
- Protocols, DNS, Interfaces and Proxies
- Network Preferences including:
- Configuring Locations, Services and Proxies
- Troubleshooting tools including:
- Network Preferences, Diagnostic Assistant and Network Utility
Course Prerequisites
Attendance on at least Taming the Macintosh 1 and 2 – Installation, Configuration and Security, or equivalent Mac support experience.
